A full programme is arranged for the week, and each day is structured to provide a variety of activities, from sporting events and outdoor activities, all the way through to arts and crafts.  Campers are divided into teams in order to compete with each other during the week.  The winning team will receive the accolade “Team of the Year!”

Faskally House is a mansion house on the east side of Loch Faskally.  It has been used for various purposes over the years, but is now used as a Christian Youth Centre.

The annual camp will have around 40 leaders in place to look after the campers during the week.

We have 60 campers’ places available for the holiday.  However, if you wish to book a place at camp, please aim to submit your application and deposit as soon as possible after the Launch Night.

Each year, places tend to be taken really quickly, especially since we started using electronic forms.

Ayrshire Youth Camp offers a one-week summer camp for boys and girls aged 10 to 16 years who attend Sunday Schools and Children’s Meetings conducted by Christians associated with Gospel Halls throughout Ayrshire and beyond. With the exception of the years 2020 and 2021, the annual camp has been running each summer since 1950.

The purpose of the camp is to provide a holiday in a Christian atmosphere and at minimum cost where children can be taught basic bible truths and enjoy the company of others of a similar age in games, activities and outings.

The venue for this year’s camp is Faskally House, just

north of Pitlochry.  The camp lasts for one week, from Saturday 29th June until Saturday 6th July 2024, and costs £170.00.
